What a snowy day..

It's Tuesday and it's snowing. Alot of snow!!! It's really pretty outside though. I wanted to take Grant outside to play in the freshly fallen snow but he has an assignment tomorrow, and I don't want him catching cold. We have to drive into Boston. Hopefully it won't take too long to get into the city. It's so pretty outside, I need to take pictures of the tree branches covered in snow. It's such a peaceful feeling to watch snow fall. More so, I enjoyed staying home with my 2 little precious. Everyday my little Grant is picking up new things. (And I'm not even teaching him!) Just a few weeks ago.
He wanted to keep his Daddy from going to work. He said, "Wait!"
Ken asked, "Why?"
Grant said, "Wait!"
Ken:"I need to get to work or I'll be late."
Grant:"But I need YOU!"
Ken chuckles and said: "but I need to get to work"
Grant: "...But I love you!"
He's only 2 yrs old but he say the most cutest and the most out of the ordinary thing. It's just so funny that most of the time Ken and I burst out laughing.
Just a few days ago, when he couldn't do something he'll say something like, "Shoot!" under his breath. Ken and I get a kick out of it and ended up laughing.
Pooh on the other hand is as quiet as a mouse. She's 1 and all that I heard her say is "Mumm, mumm", when translated it means "Feed me!" heheheee. She's just too adorable. I asked her pediatrician about her not speaking and her Dr said that Pooh is not a talker, she's an observer. She likes to observe things and assesses it. Hopefully she'll grow up to be a "thinker" and be real smart. She has 2 teeth, one on top and one on the bottom (both in the front). The 2nd set (1 each on the top and bottom) is just coming out ot match the other 2. She is such a happy baby. Everything about her is so sweet. She adores her brother. She's just as naughty as Grant but she's so sweet about it. She often gets her way but she's very sweet in about getting it. When that doesn't work, she displays her anger. And 100% of the time, you know she's upset with you. She just raises her voice when she's mad, which is very far and few. She's so happy and good-natured, that it's so hard to upset her. I can't believe the difference between our little boy and girl. It's like night and day. Grant is like a tornado, and Pooh is like a ray of sunshine. When Grant is in the room, his presence is made known. You can't help it b/c his little personality shines through. He's the center of attention. Pooh is just the same way, once Grant has settled in. She's so sweet and once the storm clears (when my little tornado is content), you can see her. She's very quiet and sweet. She's one of those babies you wished you had more of, b/c by the end of the day you still have energy. Grant will deplete your energy real fast, but it's all worth it. When he settles in for the night, I'm amazed that they're both mine. The look of a restful sleeping baby brings tears to your eyes. So calm and content.
Grant is such a talker. Lately he's talking so much. We were watching a movie over his Aunt's house. And throughout the movie, he always has something to say. In fact to the point that Noy had to ssshhh him. It's was just so funny.
