As usual, Grant was trying to con me into giving him another gummy vitamin. I had given him one earlier, and every few hours he comes up to me with the vitamin bottle and asking me for one. I pretended to struggle to open it. I asked him how many did he have today. He said," Two!"
"How many are you allowed?"
"Two!...Three!!"
Nope, wrong answer....
After pretending not to be able to open it, I said "Bad Daddy, he closed it too tight. Oh well, you'll just have to have Daddy open it for you when he gets home."
I said, "Bad Daddy, he closed it too tight."
Grant replied back,"My Daddy not bad boy! YOU bad boy!!"
I had to laugh, it was just the funniest thing out of his mouth. He remembered that I was the last person who opened his vitamin jar for him...and the last one to close it.

Grant and his boots....
This is the sweetest picture. Here is Grant giving his little sister a kiss. She's just so adorable. Every time he gives her a kiss, she closes her eyes.
It's one of my favorite picture.
My little boy LOVES his boots! Grant just loves to wear it every chance that he gets. He wore it to the photographers, the stores, outside and to Grandma's house. I'll have to post a picture of his boots on here. He has 3 pairs that he's owned. The first one was his green frog boots, then the blue one with snowflakes on it (he inherited this one from Caitlyn) and his favorite, his blue boots! The blue one is his favorite b/c it's the easiest for him to put on by himself....but most of all it stayed put on his feet!! The green frogs are a bit big and come off easily. So he's pretty careful when he has those on. They're rain boots but they looked so adorable on him. We went to the store last Friday and the ladies just loves him. He got alot of stares, chuckles, and comments on his cute boots. I think the cutest thing was that he had put his boots on backwards!

Another lovely day
We have another sunny day, a wee bit cold but not so bad. Just as long as we don't get snow I'm fine with it. The children are doing fine and Paige took 4-5 steps all by herself last night! She loves to walk over to her Daddy a couple of times. Her stand has been strong. She can stand on her own and has total control over her balance while standing--her only fear is walking. She can do it but she still has to get over her initial fear. Last night just shows how she's overcoming her fears. It's just too wonderful to describe into words how proud I get as parent to see my child do something on their own for the first time.
Speaking of proudest prouds....Grant is doing wonderfully in developing his love for art. For the past 3-4 weeks he's very obsessed with wanting to paint. He loves acrylic painting. He would go find his Daddy's white shirt and put it over his own clothes to paint. It all started b/c a few weeks back he got paint all over his pant. Yes, painting is very messy. He took off his pant and painted in his diaper and shirt. Since then he's very weary of getting HIS clothes dirty....so Daddy's will do. Poor Ken, most of his new shirts now have paint stains on them. But they are lovely work of arts! Maybe one day it will be priceless in the art market when my little prodigy becomes another Picasso! :) Speaking of painting, our little princess LOVES painting as well. Hers is more of a love for "finger painting". She loves to dip her whole hand into the paint and grab the gunk of paint. She made alot of masterpiece herself. We were planning to send a few of their artwork to their grandparents.
